I was shopping today by myself ( a treat because DH is golfing 2x this weekend) and I had a mini panic attack because I couldnt find my stroller. I looked around the racks then stopped in my tracks. I was alone and didnt BRING the stroller. LOL

ETA -- I scored big shopping Ralph Lauren lined linen pants orig $129 for $18!

LOL! That's funny!

I have wished I DID have my stroller with me while shopping alone sometimes. Having a stroller basket to put all my purchases in has spoiled me--now I feel like it's such a hassel to carry a couple of bags vs. just putting them in a stroller!

You know your a mom when...... you belt out the barney "I love you, you love me" song in the middle of the store at a loud tone just to keep your DC quiet... Yes I do that frequently and I can't sing for crap!!

When you can be overheard on your cell in the frozen food aisle saying: "Good job! Mommy is so proud of you for pooping and peeing on the potty!"

On the few occasions that I've gone to the grocery store alone, I've found myself pushing the cart back and forth while I stop to look at something (since DD and DS both get upset when it stops moving). I'm sure that I look like a nut job!

After dropping the kids off at my mom's, I take off in the car with the Wiggles CD still playing...a couple of songs play (and I'm sure that I'm singing along) before I realize what I'm still listening to.

This happened to my DH a while ago. He went to pick up one of his friends one night and about 10 minutes into the ride his friend looked over and was like "WHAT are we listening to..." I guess DH forgot that there was a Barney cd playing and he was singing along to it. ;)

You consistently sway back and forth...whether or not you're holding a baby. People -must- joke about this on Sunday mornings at church. Sometimes I just hold my husband's arm to remind him to stop swaying back and forth and whisper "I have the baby".
Breaks us up every time.

Nathan will be 3 in November and I STILL do it when I see someone else holding a baby!
