Since we are moving and Carson won't get to have a birthday
party, we have decided to throw her a "Going-Away" party.

This is being planned ASAP since we are running out of time
before we move. The party is scheduled for Saturday, Sept.23
and we have Cinderella coming.

Anyway, back to my question, is anyone good with making up
rhymes??
My sister is going to do the invitations for me. (If I had
the time, I would have Alpana (pixelprincess) do them since
she is so incredibly creative and talented!!)
I want to use a picture of Carson wearing a Texas longhorn
shirt and doing the longhorn symbol with her hand.

Then, I would like a cute little rhyme underneath the picture.

Is anyone creative like this??? FYI, we are moving from
Texas to Rhode Island.

Thank you very much!!! I appreciate your help!! :)

Corie,
no rhyme here but I have a cute idea for an activity...If you have a photo printer at home you can take a digital picture of your dd with each guest and have the guest decorate a foam picture frame. Print the pictures so each guest gets to go home with a framed picture of them with your dd. Also, take one big piture of everyone with your kids and have them decorate a frame for themselves...

something like this

Totally great idea!!!

I don't have a digital camera or photo printer so I will
just mail their pictures in the thank-you card.

Thank you!! :)

I called my husband and read it to him over the phone.
He told me that you guys did a "Damn good job!" :)

I also read it to my sister, two brothers, and SIL and everyone
LOVED it!! They all said that I have VERY talented friends!! :)
(I already knew that!!)
