I live in a tiny town (about 2000 people) and today was homecoming. There was a parade of basically every person in the town who owns a horse, antique car or tractor, as well as the football team and marching band. Just about everyone was throwing out candy. My kids each got a grocery sack full, and apparently there must have been a sale on fruity Tootsie Rolls because we have tons!

I thought about you when we were emptying out the bags. :)

actually, for some reason that craving is gone. not that I couldn't still knock off a bag or anything, but they aren't calling out to me as much.

Oh shoot. had to stop and think about it, and IT CAME BACK. yup, now I want them again.
