New dial-up internet recommendations needed

I would love some recommendations on a dial up internet service. The one we currently have has become a huge pain (Juno). We live in a rural area and the only high speed offered is $55 a month with $99 instalation, so its out : (.

So any and all suggestions are very welcomed and appreciated? I am looking in the $20 range.

if found netzero to be very reliable. it's cheap ($10 a month for a one year contract), but you have to suffer through an advertisment while it's establishing the connection.

I think AOL is free now - I use it for cable broadband, but I am pretty sure they have made the internet and email service free for everyone, no matter the connectivity
