That was so sweet of you all to remember and post this. Aw, thanks!

Everything went well. The doctor, who looked at least 5 years younger than I am, (sigh) thinks that everything is fine and that its just a cyst, on top of having fibrous breasts. So I am going back in two weeks to have it aspirated, and possibly have a core biopsy if it doesn't all drain. If it doesn't go away after that, then I have to see a surgeon, but she was not worried at all.

She did see three other cysts on the other side that I can't even feel, and said just to get them checked out in 6 months. And the center was so wonderful. Its part of the hospital where I delivered the two boys, and they really did a wonderful job of making it nice and pleasant. Nice robes like you are at a spa. and when you are there for more than just a screening, they have complimentary tea, coffee and juices in the waiting room and healthy snacks too.

So I am well fed and relieved. Thanks again !

So glad to see your news. I am sure you are very relieved.

My breast center does the whole, spa, zen-like thing also. It doesn't help me while I am waiting, but once all is over and I have good results I take it all in (especially the cookies) and think how nice of them to try.

Good luck with the aspiration. Hope it is painless.

Lynnie, I missed your original post because we were on vacation but I'm glad everything looks okay. I hope everything is resolved very quickly and you don't have to worry about it any more.
