I'm SO sick of the ticketmaster website!!!! I cannot even view their help page! I keep getting this message:
"We limit the rate of web page requests that can be made by individual users in any given time period. Your web page requests have exceeded these limits and your access has been temporarily disabled. We impose these limits to protect the web site from automated programs, as part of our efforts to promote fair access to tickets. Please allow several minutes and then try again. "
I haven't been on the stupid site in MONTHS! Two "clicks" & I've exceeded their limits?! What the heck is up with that?! The past couple days when I've gone to try to find their PHONE NUMBER I keep getting this message! AAAHHHHHHH!!! It's so frustrating! I think they have an 800 number for customer service...if someone could get it for me, I'd really appreciate it.
