Family vacation recs?

DH and I have a week off in early January. Unfortunately Grandma & Pop-Pop can't cover to allow us time alone. Any ideas on resorts that offer activities, daycare, etc. for our 19 mo old?

Disney cruise has babysitting for kids under 3 (along with a TON of things for a little one to do). They also have an adult only restaurnt, pool and beach so you cna have alone time with DH. January is probably an "off" time so the fares may be less than peak season.

You need to find the locations that have a Baby Club for ages 4months to 23months! The club med website has info and pictures!
