Is it possible to e-mail a downloaded MP3 file?

We just tried it, and it attatched as a text file. Did we mess something up? Thanks!

Depends on the size. Most e-mail programs will only allow a certain file size for e-mails. I do believe that you can send a fairly large file through google chat though. You need gmail to get a google chat account, and I think I have some gmail invitations if you want one.

The fact that it atached as a text file is another issue. What e-mail program do you use?

Thanks, Joyce! My brother sent it with Hotmail, and I use Yahoo. I'm not so good at using chat things online, but I'm great at e-mail. :)
