exercise/yoga/stretching videos to do with kids?

Does anyone know of any exercise or yoga videos that an adult and child can do together? I want the video for myself, mostly for the stretching benefit, but cardio wouldn't hurt either. Maybe I am dreaming, but it would be easier if DD2 (who is 2 years old) could participate as well, since she'll be around at the time I would be doing it.

I know mom and baby yoga is not uncommon, but I'm looking for something for a 2 year old and above. Mom and child yoga? Surely this must exist? Or can anyone comment if a mom and baby exercise video would also work with a 2 year old?

Check out these videos. I think i am going to get them for C'mas. We did a preview of these from my TV and really liked them. The instructor is a little goofy, but that's ok. My 5 year old now does the 'volcano' and tells me to do it when she gets angry. It held my 5 year old's attention and my 3 year did Ok as well.
