Where does one get a rooster clock? It is free standing or like a wall clock? I know it is for her kictchen. I tried Linens and THings and Bed Bath and Beyond with no luck.

TIA

Seriously (ala Grey's Anatomoy)... Target.. Wow... Thanks. I can't say I recall ever seeing anything like that there. I will check the store when the weather gets better.

Thanks.

You might also check Michael's and if you have a Home Goods nearby they might have one too.

I've not seen one in the store, but have had good luck ordering from them on-line - watch for free shipping e-mails (they send lots if you sign up, but usually can get free shipping or save 10% on your order once a week.)

Gotta love Target...

The first thing I thought of was Cracker Barrel. Good luck! :)

Now I have to ask... is this a "good" SIL or "bad" SIL? Because if it's the latter, that opens up a whole new vista of gift options... >;)

This would be a "bad SIL" gift, I would think:

I have one you can have for shipping. I love it but it doesn't fit in our new kitchen. I can send a pic if you're interested.

Heard about this shopping blog on NPR and just looked it up. Well, lo and behold, right on the front page is a rooster clock. :)

You know, if she has a good sense of humor, and if you're giving gifts in person, I'd buy both. Give her the ugly one first and watch her reaction. Then you have the nice one behind your back. Or is my family the only one that does things like that?
