Photoshop & Christmas Cards...where do I even start??

I would LOVE to create my own Christmas Card but have no idea where to start. We have Photoshop Elements but I think some people have used that. Can anyone give me just the first few steps of how I begin??

Nancy (Baileybea) saved me on this one.I have read every tutorial out there, but it was not until last night that I read the tutorials at the following site that it really clicked. http://twopeasinabucket.kaboose.com/cg_main.asp?seed_type_id=133

Try the one titled Layers: Basic Tutorial for PSE for starters and then use th other ones that pertain to what you would like to accomplish. HTH Good luck!
