View Full Version : Is anyone else waiting for their holiday cards from Winkflash?

UPDATE 12/15/06: I finally was able to get through their phone line after trying to call them for almost half a day. And then I was on hold for another half an hour. It was horrible! And yes, they don't respond to emails so the only way to contact them at this time is through their phone line.
Anyway, they told me that my card must have gotten lost in the mail since it doesn't take that long. So they are going to reprint it and send it to me through priority mail. I asked for overnight mail and they won't even do it.
If it's been more than a week, I suggest calling them. They seem to have a problem with lost mails or at least, that's what they claim.
It's been a very frustrating experience for me and I would probably not use them again for the holiday cards based on my experience with them.

I ordered mine on Dec. 4th and until now, I still don't have the cards. I sent an email two days ago and just got an automated response. I tried calling but the line is always busy. I'm just getting worried I won't get the cards by the end of this week, since I need to mail some of them to another country.
Is anyone else having the same experience?

I did receive mine ordered on the 5th. I think Wf is in a little over their heads and can't keep up with the orders they're receiving.

I hope you receive yours *soon*. I'm sorry you're stressing about it. I would be too.

I ordered on Dec 6th and received an email saying they shipped out this Monday (11th). Still waiting for them though and keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Yep-I was getting ready to post a similar question. I'm in the same boat - I ordered mine last week too - got a shipping confirmation on Tuesday so I hope they come soon. I'm nervous about getting them in time. Hopefully yours will be on their way soon!

I think everyone is screwed up. I ordered mine from yahoo/Target yesterday and they were supposed to be ready in an hour and when I went 7 hours later they didn't even have the order - said it may take 3 days - though yahoo says they were being processed in the email they sent me.

Hope you get yours soon!

Received an e-mail on Monday saying that they shipped. I went to the mailbox today assuming that they would be there and no luck. I now think that there is no way they could be any later than tomorrow. It lists a Rhode Island address as their contact, so I assume that is where they are shipping them from.

I ordered mine on 12/7, received it on 12/11. But I'm missing 10 envelopes. But they have a print center about 40 miles from where I live so that helped.

WF's customer service is pretty much non-existant during the holidays. I had problems applying the code for the 23-cent 4x8 photo cards - the system wouldn't take it. So I had to call customer service and it took a lot of tries to get through, then I was on hold for a long time. Finally got the order placed. Now I can't get through their phone line to ask for the missing envelopes, and they don't respond to emails. I might just go out and get my own envelopes instead waiting for them to do something as it doesn't look like it will happen.

Not to scare you, but a pp last week I think said her cards were cancelled for no reason from Winkflash. Sounds like others are getting theirs though. BTW, I got my from kodak and they were also missing 7 envelopes. I wrote cs, and they fedex'd them out. I couldn't just use any envelope since they were 5x7.

Must be because of the time of year. I ordered my holiday cards on 11/13 and had them in my mailbox 3 days later.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered my cards on 12/1 and didn't get it at all. I even called them 3 times and emailed them 2 times. Each time they would say that they will reprint it in 48 hours and send it out priority mail. I swear that is their usual excuse. They said that it was probably lost in the mail and that I would probably get extra sets. But they never sent it. Then all of a sudden I got that email about not being able to print it after several attempts. So they just cancelled my order. I ended up ordering from Shutterfly and it shipped in one day. I also paid for priority shipping and got it yesterday. SO not wanting to scare you but the same thing happened to me. I just don't trust them and will never use them again.
