Music box that you can pick the song???

Has anyone ever heard of this?? I would like to do this for my friend whose premature daughter died. They have a CD of children's piano songs that they played often in her NICU room. On the day that she died, her DH commented that he would never have the opportunity to dance with his first born daughter at her wedding, so they held their daughter in their arms and danced with her while one of the special songs was playing. I would love to find a music box that I could have "programmed" to play this song. Obviously not for Christmas (I already had a photo bracelet made for my friend to wear with pictures of her daughter), but maybe by this summer on the first anniversary of her death. Any ideas???

I have never heard of such a thing but that is a beautiful idea. I just looked around on the internet and i did not see anything but if you know the name of the song maybe someone could find a box with that song already programmed?

There was once a store in our local mall called "The Music Box" where you could choose the songs you wanted the box to play. You had to choose from a list of songs they have available, but it was a rather extensive list. I don't know if they are still in business. I'll do a quick search and see what I can find.

ETA: I just found this site: http://www.musicboxworld.com/ I've never ordered from them, and they may be a bit more than what you're wanting/able to spend, but it seems like they can create what you want. FYI, I did a google search for "music box" + custom.

ETA #2: Here's another site with more reasonable prices, but their selection of songs is more limited.

That might be really difficult to find. What song was it? Maybe you can find a music box already made with that song.

ETA: I found a place but it's super expensive so I don't think that it will work for you. It's a cool idea though.
