optimum online

Anyone having trouble with their optimum online e-mail account. I can't open my e-mail and it is making me crazy (well crazier). I need to make sure that certain gifts have shipped. Yikes, this is no time to be without mail. Wow, I can't even believe I am saying this.

Just wanted to see if the problem is specific to me, or if anyone else is having a problem.
