I took a couple of pics of Linnea today and couldn't believe how much she has grown up. She really isn't my baby anymore. :( This isn't the best pic because she has a terrible cold but I wanted to share anyway because I think she is always cute. I just not quite ready for her to grow up though.

She does look really grown up! I think it's the hair. :)

My baby will be one. I'm already seriously depressed about this.....

I totally understand. I think it's because we can't have any more of our own kids. I'm just not quite ready to let go yet. With Amelia, I knew we were going to have more kids if we could stay pregnant so I was excited with each new development. Now that we can't have any more, it's kind of bittersweet.

She is beautiful!!! And I completely understand. My DD is 19 months old and it's so depressing, especially since DH doesn't want to have anymore. I think the picture is great. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing, and I hear ya on feeling misty. DD likes to remind me about once a day "I'm growing UP, Mama!" boohoo!

She is so cute! I love the matching hair ribbons to her sweater!

I still can not believe that avi is already 2, it seems like yesterday he was a newborn.

Oh, what a lovely little lady! It IS a shocker isn't it? I compared Dora's Christmas photo last year to this year, and I couldn't believe the difference. From newborn to grownup girl in one year. Sigh, time flies too quickly!

Oh my gosh she is so cute. I love her hair. I thought the same thing today when I dressed Jillian and I put her hair the same way I thought "wow, where did my baby go". Time sure does fly.

She looksa absolutely precious! She does look like a big girl already!
Love the matching ribbons & sweater. I gotta find something to put in DD's hair that she won't eat...

Awww Jessica she is SO Darn cute! Her eyes are just beautiful... WOW! She does look really grown up. I know exactly how you feel though! My little guy is closer now to 2 than he is to 1 and he is just such a big kid these days... talking up a storm and being so independent! I am wanting to try for that #3 (fingers crossed for pink) but DH was just going on and on about how happy he is with his two boys and how nice it will be to move forward from the "baby" stage and experiencing our family grow!

Just cuddle her and enjoy the time you have left and look forward to the new stuff coming!

Aww! I think she's still a baby. Then again, I still refer to my 3 year-old as "the baby".

She's beautiful, at any rate! What a sweet little face.

Jess, she is a little beauty. I love those big blue eyes of hers! :)

I know how the time flies. You look at them and think, "When did you turn into a real actual little person?" LOL, hugs mama. :)

Can I just say Jessica that she is absolutely gorgeous(!)?!? Her eyes are beautiful :), such a cutie pie.

They do grow up so fast though, dont they? It is sad :( *sniff*

She is really beautiful. So sweet.

I know what you mean about being sad about her growing up. I'm really sad too, knowing that Bronwyn will be my last child. She's almost out of the baby stage (she's 13 months) and I get depressed thinking about it. I keep thinking "maybe I should have one more" but I think I have my hands full with 3 kids and by the time the two little ones will be old enough to consider another one, I'll be too old - I've had serious problems getting pregnant with Adelaide and I was already told, that with Bronwyn, I'm "advanced maternal age". sigh

Lots of hugs,
Jennifer

I know! I can't believe what a different 3.5 months makes. DH understand a little because he feels like he misses out on a lot of things always being at work. But still I don't think anyone feels it like a mother.

She normally pulls everything out of her hair to eat it. I've found that the only thing that works is using those little tiny rubber bands and then putting in the clip backwards so that the clip opens towards the front. That way when she tries to pull it out, the clip catches the rubber band. Make sense? Anyway, I also like these bows because they have a strip on them that prevents them from sliding out so easily.
