Palace Resorts? Dreams Cancun? Any opinions?

help!! DH and I can't decide where to go on vacation! Its our first vacation sans kids. So... tonight we're considering Cancun. Carribean isn't ruled out, either.

We want to relax and have fun. All inclusive is a must for me. Takes the stress off. And I want a place with entertainment (ie shows and lots to do!)

I know someone who went to the Moon Palace in Cancun for a long weekend and she said it was great! I don't know any specifics!

I have to say we honeymooned on a royal carribean cruise and it was fantastic. If you are not opposed to a cruise vacation I highly recommend it! Ours left from San Juan Puerto Rico and stopped in St. Maartin, St Thomas, Martinique, Antigua and Barbados! St Thomas was our favorite stop!!!
