How soon can you have pregnancy symptoms

this may be a naive question, I really just started trying, literally a few days ago but before I felt so sick I thought I was going to throw up, I was ready by the toilet then it passed, maybe it was something I ate but could it be that I'm pregant or is it way to soon, I can't remember the last time .

I was nauseous by 3-4 weeks along. I am 8.5 months along now and still on Zofran. It never went away!

thanks for answering me, I must have eaten bad food or something, it's way to early, I got excited SO EARLY

looking back at my charting, i was nauseaus starting about 5-6 dpo thru the end of my second tri. i only ever had trouble with brushing my teeth at night. made me nauseaus/gag horribly everynight. have never had that problem before or since.
