Pittsburgh families I need your help

In search of a nice place to get ds a hair cut. In the midst of the hussle and bussle this week i never got ds a hair cut. then i rememebered my mother would love to go with ds to get it cut. we are going to be near pittsburgh. (cannonsburg) right after christmas. can anyone suggest anything to me?

I had a discussion with a mommy group a fe months ago about this, and the mamas suggested both Little Snips (www.littlesnips.com), as well as Timothy's in Squirrel Hill.

Hee hee... you'll only be minutes from me, although I don't cut hair. If little snips is too far, we just take dd to SuperCuts on rt. 19 next to Starbucks - across from Max and Ermas (Waterdam area). I'm sure your inlaws know what I'm talking about. Enjoy your trip!

This place just opened in Cranberry Twp, PA - however Canonsburg is south of Pittsburgh and Cranberry Twp is north - not sure if that's too far for you or not.

I would recommend Lauren, she is quick and good! My son got his hair cut there once by someone else (Sandy I think) and it was not a good experience.

FWIW I live in South Fayette which isn't that far from Canonsburg and Little Snips is about 15 minutes from me.
