We don't celebrate Christmas, so tomorrow is movie day for dd and I. Which do you think would be better for her?

Thanks,

I don't know about CW, but Kayla was bored with Happy Feet. It might have been her though, who knows. It was cute, but then, it was the same scenery for the entire film, so maybe that's why it didn't hold her interest. Now, she's not yet 4, so could be totally different for you.

I took my almost 3 year old to see Charlotte's Web last week and she really liked it (me too)! I'd go for that one.

Charlotte's Web definitely. Based on reviews I think Happy Feet was not as good as as it might've seemed, and not that great for little kids, weirdly enough.

My 5 year old saw Charlotte's Web yesterday and loved it. I don't know anything about Happy Feet though. The story was "a little sad at the end" but she was fine with it. She's very familiar with the story though since she saw it in a play this summer, has seen the animated movie and we've read the book out loud to her.

I would see CW !! It looks fantastic!

My sister took her 7 year old step-son to see Happy Feet
and she said it was the longest movie of her life. Neither one
of them were very pleased with the movie.

We're taking DD to see CW on Tuesday. We have the animated version of the movie and she LOVES it, so I know she'll enjoy seeing the real animals.

We took my 4 yr old to her very first movie---Charlottes Web--- for her birthday last week. It was very cute. I have not seen Happy Feet, but something about the PG rating threw me. Have fun!

Charlotte's Web. I've heard only fantastic things about it.

OTOH, I've heard that parts of Happy Feet might be a little scary for young kids. Depends on your kid's personality, of course.

I took Hardy (5yr) and the twins (2.5 yrs) to Happy Feet. On a kids level, it was hard to follow. On an adult level, it just wasn't very good... My DS liked parts of it, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Well, we decided to go see CW today. It was fantastic. Kayla sat through "most" of it, but I think she was still a bit young to sit through an entire feature film like that to begin with. It did hold her attention for a long time...and ours too. Definitely a winner for the 4+ set. :)
