Well we're on night 5 of DS being fast asleep in his bed by 9pm at the latest - aiming for closer to 8. What's working? Well, we turn the lights off, tuck him into bed and then DH & I lay on our bed until we think it's "safe" (DH tip toes to check). Once the coast is clear we head back downstairs to continue on with our evening. Works for us (for now!) and it's only taking 10 minutes or so of this!
Also, if we've been out, we head right upstairs for teeth brushing, potty, etc. No stopping for drinks, food, TV, etc. Nothing.
I can see light at the end of the tunnel!
