We're trying to eat a little better this year by increasing our fruits and veggies. And now we're interested in learning more about organic. I have a couple good, basic books, but I am looking for some reading that is a little more in-depth or a monthly magazine/newsletter. I'm not trying to make too many big changes all at once, but we are hoping to start leaning more towards organic and/or local foods when we can. Any recommendations for more info? Thanks!

I saw this book at one of my last trips to the bookstore and it looked pretty interesting. I don't own it, but I put it on my Amazon wish list.

This one looks good too.

LOL! Thanks - those are two of the ones I already own. They are pretty good, BTW. Not too daunting and very informative.

I kno wit is silly but I love reading the newsletter form my local co-op. Lots of ideas for other materials and it is easy to finish reading quickly. Perhaps a co-op in you area has something similar.
