Anyone try the Dunstan Baby sounds stuff?

I saw this on Oprah: http://www.dunstanbaby.com/. It's a woman who says all babies make certain sounds to say hungry, tired, etc. and if you recognize what the baby is trying to tell you, you're set :). My friend is having twins and I think this would be a great help, but only if it's really doable.

Anyone try it?
