Another Photoshop question

How can I make a square with rounded corners?

I *think* it's the feather command. The higher the number you enter, the more pronounced the rounded corners will be.

My Photoshop 7.0 has a rounded corner box shape in the tool box, but if I wasn't using that tool, I would make 4 circles first, and fill the middle area. Does this make sense?
