Pregnant -- woke up with non itchy rash on one side of face

I woke up with 10 red dots on one side of my face. I didn't use any new lotion or soap, I didn't eat anything unusual. It doesn't itch. The bumps aren't raised and are pretty small (about the size of a zit). They are not zits. I am 8 weeks pregnant.

Any help/advice?

Are they bright red? Do they stay red if you press on them? If you answered yes, they might be Petechiae. I got these during my last pregnancy, and my OB said they're just a weird PG symptom. The ones on my face have mostly faded, but I still have them on my arms and chest. Every time I threw up, I'd get them under my eyes, so instead of dark circles I had red ones. It was pretty disturbing.

I'd ask your OB about it. Oh, and congratulations!
