Hello! I have a Visa card that I have been using for years. It was always a fixed rate of 9.9%, no annual fee and I was pleased with it. Now, within the last few months they have gradually upped the % rate to 29%(!) and it is obviously no longer a fixed rate card. They say they are restructuring their terms? Whatever.
Sooo...needless to say I'd like to transfer my balance to a new card. Does anyone have a card that they recommend? Ideally I want to have a 0% interest on balance transfer and no annual fee and low *fixed* percentage rate. (Although I now know a fixed rate can become variable at any time - grumble). Also, online access to account balance is good too.
