Disney World - Coronado Spring Resort - Which Building to Stay?

Hi all, I just first want to thank everyone who responded to my post last week regarding where to stay in Orlando for DisneyWorld.

We narrowed down to Coronado Spring Resort where DH will be attending his conference. We decided to reserve two joining guest rooms at the property. Now, here is another question for those of you who stayed at Coronado Spring. Which building should we stay at?

DH did some research with the options below:

Ranchos Building 7B - close to the kiddie pool and bus stop #3 but furthest from Food area, or

Casitas Building $ - between the dig site and Food area and bus stop #2

Does anyone have any experience with the CSR property? Thank you.

Just so you know, you can request which building you want, but it is not a guarantee. And since you want adjoining rooms (which isn't guaranteed either, though you *should* be able to get it with 2 adults and 2 children), the chances that you'll get any other request are much slimmer. So, honestly, put the adjoining room request first on your reservation, and then put the two buildings that you mention above. Hopefully you'll get one or the other, but don't be surprised if you get neither.
