A question for the tech savvy...
I'd like to create an e-mail announcement for baby girl (I figure this might be a good way to pass some time.) Here is the general idea I'd like to work towards:

I can have everything but the photo & specific details ready before she arrives - but don't have any software available to use.
Here's my big question...
Are there any free downloads out there for a Mac that I might be able to use? I tried out photoshop a couple of years ago, so don't think I have a free download available for that one.
btw - I've already pre-ordered my paper announcements & and am awaiting a proof (hooray!) so this will only be to close friends & family - though our paper version will not have a photo included.
