Anybody tried this? I would post in MommyFit, but I am thinking this way I reach people who did this and were successful. I am doing WW, which I have done before to lose baby weight. But I need to work on my subconcious cues. I saw a 60 mins episode 2 years ago on weight losss and the guy who had hypnotism did the best. Do I ask a therapist for a referral? How do I find somebody who isn't a quack?
