I'm aware of FSBO.com and forsalebyowner.com but that's it! Any other, non-traditional, websites for searching for homes for sale?

Our grocery stores have free FSBO magazines by the apt magazines and new home magazines. The website they list is on this master list, there may be one in your area. I don't think there is one in every state, but worth a look! The one in our area is very, very good.

I think some are location-specific. MIL and FIL were looking at houses for sale by owner (and trying to sell by owner, too). Some sites I found:

If you're anywhere near a military base, militarybyowner.com is a GREAT site. In our neighborhood, more sell on that site than on the traditional mls.
