I got this dress from Boden for me:

http://www.bodenusa.com/col.asp?styid=WH079&segname=Women&segid=6&gpname=Dresses&desname=Fixed+Wrap+Jersey+Dress&gpid=6&gen=1

(it's the long sleeved jersey wrap dress in chestnut eclipse color)

I don't know what shoes to wear with it. I'm not really a shoe person so not too good at picking them out!

Thanks,
Monica

Great dress! :)

To me, that says peep-toe, ankle-strap pump. Or even a t-strap pump.

Endless.com still has $5 off and free overnite shipping...maybe check out their sales.

If this will be for colder spring then I would say knee length boots in a warm brown. Boots should be pointy toed with a non chunky heel.

For warmer weather (without stockings/ tights) I would go with a sandal with a heel. If you are really tall you could get away with a cute neutral ballet flat (or even a fun metallic). You could get a true round toe or go with a pointy toe. Examples:

tan nubuck, bronze, cognac, or gold

in the non red one

in one of the browns

I'd probably also avoid a wedge but that could be my personal preference for daintier shoes. :)

A peep toe would be very cute.

I'd avoid an ankle strap as it can artificially cut off the long line of your leg. But, they are cute so you may want to try some on and see what you think.

What a darling dress!!! And so vary versitile (sp?). You've gotten great advice so far. You probably can't go wrong with anything you choose.

I think this would be beautiful with your dress:http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/2917390?refsid=143203&refcat=0%7e2376778%7e2372808%7e2372940%7e2375556&SourceID=1&SlotID=1&origin=related

Can you tell I love Via Spiga shoes? Of course, none of these are on sale, but at least they give you an idea. The last link is my favorite. Thanks for letting me go shopping for you!

Wow! It sounds like you've been watching "What Not To Wear". (But that's just a guess...)

Thanks for the great suggestions. I agree that the peep-toe pumps will look great with it. Although, I must admit that I am not much of a high heels person and might end up with one of those really cute pairs of flats instead. Or maybe I need both....
