Hurray! I finally figured it out. I needed to take a break from it and look at it with fresh eyes! It was in the stylesheet, not the HTML. Yippee! I am so relieved. It's the little things...

I know this is a long shot, but I'm hoping someone out there is knowledgable in this area.
I have been creating web pages/sites from scratch (ie using HTML with notepad) for years. This has me stumped.
I am creating these easy photo gallery pages using Picasa. They are a snap. Picasa generates the whole page with the push of a button. I've gone in and tweaked the code to change titles etc, no problem. What is making me crazy is that I cannot change the background!!! I've tried and tried but nothing works. Here's the code. Any advice?
