Need info on proposed federal abortion ban

I do not (not,not,not,not,not,not,not) want to debate this piece of legislation.
What I do want is a link to the actual proposed legislation itself. All I can find is either information from pro-life groups or reproductive rights groups. I want some actual unbiased information on what is covered under this proposed ban.
Does anyone know where to read the actual wording of the proposed legislation? Or maybe there-in lies the problem that the wording is vague enough to be read/interpreted either way.

I think I figured it out, it is actually up in the Supreme court not in legislation.

A little background, I got an email from my friend about Bush's fight to ban partial birth abortions. It was a forward of a story from NARAL. I wanted to see how the "legislation" was worded. I can't find any bills up right now that have to do specifically with partial birth abortion. But I did find this case in the Supreme Court.

I don't want to read the political spin, I just want to be able to read about it and make a decision for myself. But when I plugged it into Google all I got were agencies that obviously would have their own agenda.
