My mom orders all the time. She's never had a problem that I know of.

I used to order from them often. Never had a problem that I can recall. I didn't like the separate shipping costs (unless I ordered two of the exact same item, two sets of earrings didn't count!), but I guess it's the price you pay.

Sometimes stuff IRL looks smaller than it does on TV/Internet. Just beware of that. Other than that...their return policy is decent. Shipping comes fairly quickly...

I've ordered a few items. They were all what I expected. I once ordered a couple of radio controlled airplanes as holiday gifts. They were rather fragile. One came damaged but they sent me a replacement really quickly. That one arrived damaged. When I decided it was too much trouble to get another replacement, they refunded the purchase price including shipping plus gave me a credit to my account of maybe $10-15 (can't remember, this was a few years back) towards my next purchase.

I've ordered from them a few times. You get a shipping break if you order more than one of the same item. Otherwise, each item has it's own shipping fee. They have a 30 day return policy and returns are relatively easy if you change your mind about an item. They take it back and refund your money easy enough.

I've been mostly satisfied witht he items that I've bought from them in the past.

Here are my stories regarding QVC and returning items:

1. A friend bought a sapphire ring from QVC. More than 2 years later one of the stones fell out. She called QVC and they replaced the ring.

2. DH lost his original wedding band in our backyard. I bought him an inexpensive white gold band from QVC. A year later we noticed it was very scratched and warped. I called about it. They no longer carried the same ring, but gave me credit for the amount we paid toward another ring.

I haven't ordered a lot from them, but they've really stood behind their products. My mother is quite possibly their best customer and I don't think I've ever heard a complaint about their service from her.

HTH,
Linda
