All the usual disclaimers ;) I know there have been mixed results on studies on this topic in the past. I haven't read the entire study yet. I'm not advocating giving your child or yourself echinacea without weighing any safety concerns for yourself.
Okay, that said, it was in Lancet, and I thought it was pretty cool so I thought I'd post it in the meantime :)
