Remember Lloyd and his boom box in "Say Anything"? Can you hear Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" without thinking about how cool he was in the trench coat, standing outside the window?

That scene totally made me swoon. John Cusack still has the same effect on me over 20 years later (jeez, is it already that long?!)

And to think John Cusack totally threw a major sulk on the set because he was convinced that move wasn't "in character" for Lloyd. He wanted to sit on the hood of his car instead.

There's actors, and then there's directors, for a good reason.
