My hands are getting veiny...like the veins on the backs of my hands are popping up and really noticable!! Is this part of aging? Is there anything I can do?

I went to Target to look for any products, and everything is for hands repair - i.e., dry skin...helpful but not really what I need!

Any suggestions?

Drink more water. The more dehydrated you become, the more your skin will 'tent'. Which means, if you pinch the top of your hand, the skin won't spring back immediately.

Unfortunately, your skin doesn't produce as much collagen as it ages. Less collagen = less 'thickness'.

Kind of sucks, huh?

Although, if veiny hands were the worst of the aging process, I think we'd all be a lot happier! :P

You might want to see a dermatologist...

Good luck!

Thanks for the tips, I will def drink more water! As for the dermatologist, is there something in particular they might be able to do, certain creams I should ask for? Thanks!
