Now that I'm weaning DS, it's nice to be able to indulge once in a while. I had a glass of Chatham Artillery Punch last week and it was dee-licious. I'm also craving a good mojito. What's your favorite poison?

A classic: gin and tonic. Now if I could only remember to add tonic water to the grocery list.... :-)

Add me to the Mojito party list! Okay, maybe just a virgin one for now, but it still sounds good!

Just had a Midori Sour last night at the Horseradish Grill in Atlanta...it was PERFECT! It's the type of drink for people who don't like to taste harsh alcohol.

Also love a white cranberry juice and Grey Goose Vodka. Super yum.

LOL, I just bought tonic for the first time ever this week. I love gin and tonic, but somehow I never think to make it at home... until this week, yay! My dad's drink of choice is a vodka tonic, which is pretty good too, in case you want to switch it up a little.

either a mojito or Barcardi Razz mixed with either sparkling pink lemonade or seltzer and fresh lime...

Margaritas are my weakness. Here is my recipe that was shared with me that I love:

1 can Minutemaid Limeade
1/2 can tequilla
1/4 can triple sec
1 can water

Add to ice and blend if you want them frozen, or put them over the rocks. I use Kosher Salt for the rim.

Ok, I am at my parents visiting. I need to go raid their liquor cabinet so I can make some for tonight after the kids go to bed! okokok maybe for happy hour as the kids ride on toys in the driveway... I'll at least wait until nap is over : )

I swear, I am not a lush, just a woman who loves an occassional margarita.

Another mojito fan! Sounds even better since they're off-limits at the moment...
