My big guy was in his 1st TKD tournament today!!!!

I think he was a lot more nervous than he showed or let us all know!!! But Mason's
tournament went well today. He got a bronze medal. For a kid who loves to get out there and go crazy in sparring class, he was really reserved. We were all a little surprised. I think it was just overwhelming as this was not a small event. It was his first time and a good experience! He made his Mommy and Daddy proud! My little Tae Kwon Do fighter!!!

That is SOOO wonderful... we love TKD. It has given Hardy SOOOO much!

DS tests for his "high yellow" belt next week. We've watched a couple of tournaments, but he was too self-conscious to participate. He FINALLY wants to try at a little one on October.

Yay, Mason!! He looks like such a big kid. You must be so proud :) And you are right-- that does not look like a small tournament at all.

Very cool! Congratulations to him :). It's fun to see what the "big" kids are up to these days. We get mailers from a local martial arts place and I've thought about enrolling DD(s) someday.
