Do sponsors get to buy tickets early?

I am planning to have buy several tickers for a Go Diego Go show but they are not on sale yet. It is sponsored by State Farm nationally -who we have our insurance through- and locally by a company which one of good friend's DH works for. Does anyone know if either one gets to buy tickets early? I thought I could ask one of them to buy tickets for me ahead of time since I will be at work when they go on sale and might not be able to call on sale day. It is for my DD's b-day so I want good seats for her and her friends.

you can often find the pre-sale codes for concerts and events on ebay for a few bucks.

I don't have an answer for you but I just wanted to tell you I took DS to see Go Diego Go Live last week and he loved it!!! It really is a great show!

Good! I am taking DD and her friends for her b-day so I was hoping it would be a good show!

I took DD to see it a few weeks ago and it was great! We did get tickets through the presale using the code word "growl". I was able to get great VIP seats with no problem this way. It was a really fun show and the perfect setup for little ones (in terms of length, breaks, etc.).

How does the presale work? I went to ticketmaster and they don't even have my show listed yet.
