Awww, thanks, Laura!!! That is so nice of you. :)

It was a very stressful few days for me last week, but despite the crazy market we found a great loan and were able to lock in our rate on Friday. We're getting the underwriter's paperwork on Monday, and the last step is for the seller to agree to the concessions relating to the home inspection. One more hurdle, and we're set to go!
