Where can I find containers similar to these?

We have a storage problem at my school and my principal gave me permission to buy some storage containers (15). I can't find anything that will work!

The above is great, and available at my local Target, except it is a little too tall.

I checked out The Container Store online, but it is too expensive, especially with shipping factored into the price.

Any sources you can send my way??

PS We are storing reading books that we all share. Typically a teacher keeps their boxes of books right near their door so ppl can just pop and and get what they need. The boxes are overflowing and beat up.
