Hmmm...I agree dog food smells gross, but I think opening up a trashcan (in a hot garage) with a week's worth of dirty diapers in it is the nastiest smell EVER!

If only DS shared this sentiment. He won't eat vegetables, but I have to keep all the dog food locked up or he dives into it and starts snacking. He's even yanked dog biscuits out of the poor dog's mouth and chewed on them. C'mon kid, my cooking isn't that bad!

Oh no. Dog food is nasty, but the nastiest smell ever is semi-digested fish-flavored cat food. I was house-sitting for my parents, it was in my shoe, and I didn't have another pair with me. Despite my best efforts, my colleagues kept saying "Does anybody smell fish?" all day. I bought new shoes on the way home.

I think my computer is taunting me. I started to explain why, but it bored even me. It can't even taunt me amusingly! Gah!

In a few weeks I will be insane. Follow along for the why. The temperature is beginning to drop. For now, DS can still play outside. In a few weeks, it will be too cool to play outside very much when we get home from work/school. Thus, he and I and DH will be STUCK indoors together from 5:45 until 8:15 every night. Please pray for our sanity. Winter is fun, but waaayyyy too much time spent together indoors.

I have been insane! See, we live in FL and this summer has been so darn hot that we've been stuck inside most days. Even in the evening, it would be in the mid-80s and just too humid to stand - I felt like I was living in the rain forest. Here I am totally excited that fall is on the way and I just can't wait until we can go outside in the middle of the day!

I think that whoever thought it was a good idea to build an outside mall in FL is out of their mind!
