Is there any vision expense assistance?

Hello,

I thought some of you may have knowledge where someone can get financial assistance for eye check-up. A dear friend's daughter may need glasses, but money is tight. Do you know of any organizations / programs that can help?

If they don't have Medicaid, she can try the Lion's Club. They provide vouchers for exams and glasses.

Any idea how to get the vouchers? I look for a Lions Club in Texas, and they don't have any (I clicked on every letter in the alphabet).
