For anyone who followed the tale of Buster: Pen to House - enjoy!

On his massive bed:

John trying to give Buster a hug - he's really been great with the kids, but sometimes he still will do the batting with the paw, as you can kind of see in this pic. Not nearly like he used to though. He's learning.

Here is Buster butt up close to the boys before naptime.

Bonnie, thank you so much for sharing these photos of Buster - you've put a smile on my face! He clearly *belongs* with your family...and I absolutely love the terra cotta bed!

He sure looks comfy in his new bed! What a lucky pup! Does he have some Rodesian Ridgeback in him?

No, he's pure yellow lab. We never filed with the registration people (AKC I guess), but we could have.

He's definitely happy!

Thanks, Melissa!

Well, I really wanted to do it, so I did. Even though it's been a little more hectic in the house sometimes. The good stuff far outweighs the bad/hassle.

Thanks, Stephanie! Only here at the BBB can people get as into 'stuff' as me, hehe. I love the bed as much as Buster does! :-)

He's *SOOOOO* nice!!! And I love his bed (it's my fave colour). :)

Buster looks like he's so happy and settled in. I'm really glad that it's seemed to work out for everybody. Again, kudos to you Bonnie for working so hard to make sure you did the job right. You really provided a beautiful example to your kids as to how animals are part of the family and are loved and respected (even if they're smelly and dirty sometimes). :P

Give Buster a cookie from the Pigdogs
