Anyone familiar with Etsy?

I often see links to peoples shops in other blogs I read, but whenever I go there myself looking for something I get like 2,000 results for my search. Anyone use it frequently and have any tips/tricks to finding the good stuff?

This may not be a great answer but I find it helps when I say something like " handmade wool doll" rather than doll. I also rank by price a lot to help sort through things. I hope someone here can give me a better way of doing this too.

I agree - it is tedious to go through all the results. That said, I have bought some great things there in the past few months. And now that I have selected favorite items and sellers, their recommendations are often very appealing.
