Flower of the month club???

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if anyone had any recs for a flower of the month club? My MIL used to work at a flower shop but quit to watch my girls for me for free. So, we like to do it up for her for the holidays. Can anyone help?

I get some plant catalog every time this year but it hasn't arrived yet thus I don't remember it's name. But, Harry and David has a flower of the month club. They have a 12, 6 and 3 month option:
