We are moving DD into her big girl room, and half the room seems to be all her stuffed animals! We sorted through them all, but still a lot. Any creative ideas on how to display them without taking up a whole room? (besides putting them all away!)

We have a shelf about 12" down from the ceiling that we put some of our daughter's stuffed animals on. The rest go in a laundry style wicker basket next to her bed. At night she picks out one or two to sleep with and whenever I dust the shelf I trade out some of what is on the shelf with some of the basket ones. This way she has a few favorites always at hand, a few more to play tea with, and she is always getting a new selection.

have you considered one of those hammock/net things you can put up in the corner of the room? keeps them off the floor but still in view!

We recently bought a chain that hangs from the ceiling ( http://www.stacksandstacks.com/html/45041.htm). It has about 20 clips on it that can be used for smaller stuffed animals. We also have a corner net, but found that smaller animals fall out of it. The combination of the chain and net has worked well. The nice thing about the chain is that it can be used for other items (hats, etc.) as our kids grow.
