The theme is supposed to be clouds/stars/moons. His valance is that could/moon/star/sun/animal pattern that is at most fabric stores.

The bedding needs to come in a size Full. I bought some light blue flannel sheets, but I'd like to get a 'set'. I was so in love with the set at Target, but it seems it's discontinued b/c now that i'm ready to buy, they don't have anything anymore.

Where can I find something that goes okay? Nautical is fine, too.

Thanks
Melanie

Why don't you go with a denim comforter? The denim would be a neutral background for some cute yellow and white throw pillows in the shapes of moon/star/sun! Then as your DS grows, you can still use the denim as a base for most boy theme rooms. A royal blue comforter would work, too! HTH!

Our Homegoods & TJ Maxx usually have That's Mine nautical quilt sets in full. I have seen the quilt in both pastel and primary colors.

I don't know what Homegoods is, but I checked TJMaxx & Marshall's this week, and nada zip zilch! Of course I remember seeing an entire endcap at marshall's a few months ago...I'm so not a lucky shopper!

I'd be willing to pay the inflated eBay price so I don't have to keep dragging my little one to look at linens, but I can't find them on there either! =)

Have you thought of doing a lot of paint to keep the room festive? DS's room is pretty juvenile/bright, but we couldn't find ANY linens to match, so he has a plain blanket on his bed! Here's a pic! HTH!

That's cute. I have an artistic friend who did clouds at our old home, and I keep hoping she'll help me do some clouds, moons & stars here. I also am eyeing a huge celestial playsilk for some type of over the bed-tent-like thing.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I got a catalog today for Sears bedding not sold in stores that has some star/galaxy bedding. The website is www.searsroomforkids.com

Have you checked out Pottery Barn Kids? I know they are not cheap but they have a moon & stars (DS has it for his bedding) that is cute and on sale.

If you sew, you can buy fabric and make a duvet cover. That is pretty easy to do.

Good luck!
