I'm getting ready to move DS to his Big Boy Bed. Mattress is arriving in two weeks. Why can't I find anything good? All I ask if for something colorful, cute, 100 % cotton, and with elastic all the way around. I gave up on Elmo sheets, they don't exist. Company Kids seems to have a lot of comforters, but not many sheets; just solids or gingham. California Kids is hugely expensive. I heard Olive Kids was cute. I just called them. Only a few of their designs are 100% cotton; those that are have only a 150 thread count. (The 50%-50% sheets are 180). And they only have elastic on the 4 corners, not all the way around. I already checked Lands End, Land of Nod, and a few others. Nothing. Please help!

I used www.domestications.com. If you google coupon codes for domestications, there usually are some for free shipping or extra 10% off or so. And it was also way cheaper than the Sears' Room for Kids site.

I painted DD's room with huge daisies and bought this bedding: http://www.domestications.com/parent2.asp?product=A12169x&dept%5Fid=10805&parentname=Kids

So hopefully they have something fun for your DS!

Good luck!

Did you do a search for "twin sheet" at the Company Kids site? Their web site is really strange and hard to navigate. I pulled up 10 pages of twin sheets, including 2 incredibly cute dog patterns. Lots of the options are solids and gingams, but I saw a dinosaur and baseball themed sheet as well. Here's a cute safari one

Also - did you check out
www.garnethill.com

Here's a bright one with rockets

They have page after page of twin sheets. I haven't ordered from them ever, but it looks like good quality stuff.

Maybe I'm just being picky. But seriously, at The company store, not many FITTED twin sheets. I saw one dog pattern, but not two. Do you have the link?

Well - I count this as a dog pattern - it has dalmations!

Here's the real doggie one - Goldens! I'm trying to squint and pretend it's cockers with undocked tails! :)

Oh boy - I like this pirates one, too!

Wow, thanks Nita! I guess that site is harder to figure out than I thought. I did exactly what you said and only found the last one that you showed. I like the dalmations... Thanks!

Hi,

Target sheets are elasticized all the way around and they are pretty good quality.

Best of luck!

I also like Target sheets. I checked out Bed Bath and Beyond, but didn't like anything much. I ordered a Bed in a Bag from Target.com, but they also have some sets in the store. I just checked out their boys selection and they seem to have a lot. Lots of luck to you! I just put Arielle in her big girl bed for the first time today, actually! :)

Did you plug in "twin sheet" in the Search Window on top of the screen? That's when I got the largest number of hits.

Take a look at www.garnethill.com too. Looks pretty high end - and some of the colors and patterns are really unusual. I get their catalog, drool, and put it away. Beyond my budget, though I might break down and get a dog print flannel sheet they have for DS.

Garnet Hill's regular prices are expensive, but they have great sales. Check out the sale section of their website. The quality of everything I bought from them has been excellent.

They currently have the Petal People crib skirt for $2.00!!! I have the bumper that matches it which I'm thinking of selling, since we don't use it.
