I am trying to find 63" panels to put OVER my sons existing honeycomb blinds in his room. We didn't get blackout blinds because we thought it would make the room too dark, but now with the summer light coming in, he's not going to bed as easily. I found ones with a blackout lining that I LOVE at PBarn, but they are $39 PER PANEL. OUCH! Anyone know of some nice panels with black-out lining in cute kid designs (not characters)?

I don't know if this will help or not, but we have the accordian style blinds in DS's room, and we mounted a room darkening pull-down shade behind the accordian blinds. It's worked out great. And ours covers a very wide window frame - around 70-80", because it's two windows side by side. We got ours at Lowes or Home Depot.

ETA: I just noticed this is a really old post. Never mind! ;)
